Hello!

I’m Umut Nazik, a civil engineer with a passion for nature, especially the Kaçkar Mountains, and a love for dad jokes. I’ve had the opportunity to explore 11 countries, each of which has expanded my perspective.

My career began as an Assistant Project Manager at Umut İnşaat, followed by founding Peridot Yapı Limited, where I managed construction projects for five years. I contributed to the 13th Plasma Manufacturing Facility project and developed strong cross-functional coordination skills. Most recently, as a Project Associate at Kepler, I was involved in managing capsule hotel projects at Kuala Lumpur and Riga international airports, focusing on project management.

Currently, I work as a Project Specialist at Arcoglobal, where I manage high-profile projects for luxury retail brands, overseeing all aspects from design through to execution. I focus on coordinating with both international and domestic stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Outside of work, I enjoy football, keeping up with sports, collecting toy cars and magazines, watching movies, and volunteering. I’m also working on improving my German language skills.
